– To foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity in the workplace
– To provide a platform for employees to voice their concerns and grievances
– Strong grievance redressal & policy advocacy.

Our Achievements

Our members face numerous challenges that affect their well being,Career growth & social justice.Some of the key issues they encounter include-Social exclusion & discrimination,Caste based atrocities,Work place challenges,Lack of Representation,Biases & stereotypes.To overcome such instances We have made significant progress in promoting the welfare of SC/ST/OBC employees in Bank of India.With our Strong team at Zonal,State & at Central level we are able to overcome such issues by directly discussing them with the apex authority of Bank of India at Head Office level & through National Commission.

Our Future Plans

We will continue to work tirelessly to promote the interests of SC/ST/OBC employees and ensure that their voices are heard through negotiations with bank management,
Representation on bank committees, advocacy & awareness-Raising efforts.
