First of all, on my behalf and on behalf of the 42 years old organization, I wish all of you a very Happy New Year 2025. Along with this, I also congratulate all those elected representatives once again and hope that all the office bearers will try their best to solve the problems of the members on behalf of the organization by contributing to their work in their respective areas or zones as much as possible so that the development and progress of our parent organization Bank of India can be accelerated further.

Our organization main objectives are to ensure there is no caste-based discrimination in the Institution, to take up measures for achieving the objectives and targets laid down by the Government of India for the SC/ST/OBC employees, Guide the SC/ST/OBC employees of the organization, to optimally utilize the benefits of the schemes offered by our institution (BOI) and Government of India (GOI).

If you feel unable to resolve any member’s problem at your level then please inform other senior officer of the organization for appropriate action so that every member’s problem can be
resolved properly within a stipulated time.

As this is the third edition of the diary by our organization. The subject matter included and described in it for important information for the members will definitely be beneficial for you. Once again Happy New Year 2025
