* Promoting Social Justice and Equality: Working towards creating an inclusive and equitable work environment where all employees, regardless of their caste, are treated with dignity and have equal opportunities for growth.
* Representing Members: Acting as a liaison between the SC/ST/OBC employees and the bank’s management to foster cordial relations and ensure their voices are heard in policy-making.
